Tracy Callaway is Operations Manager at Bounce Biomedical and is responsible for overseeing the company’s operational, financial and administrative functions, ensuring the business has the systems, processes and controls required to support its growth and development.

Tracy plays a central role in the day-to-day management of the company, working closely with the executive team to coordinate business operations, financial management, grant administration and corporate governance activities. She manages the company’s finances using Sage accounting systems, oversees budgeting and expenditure tracking, and coordinates the preparation of management accounts to support strategic decision-making and financial planning.

A key part of Tracy’s role involves managing the administration of grant-funded projects, including the preparation and submission of claims, maintenance of audit records and liaison with funding bodies. She has extensive experience supporting publicly funded innovation programmes and ensuring compliance with the financial and reporting requirements associated with grant awards and external audits.

In addition, Tracy provides operational support across human resources, quality systems, procurement, facilities management and corporate governance. She coordinates Board meetings and company records, supports recruitment and onboarding activities, manages supplier relationships and helps maintain the robust operational infrastructure required within a growing medical technology company.
